About Amber George
"When I was younger, I always wanted to study cultural anthropology. The fact that in every region and country across the globe, people have different rituals, social norms, and appetites is absolutely enchanting. I've been very fortunate to have been exposed to travel from a young age, a highlight of which was embarking on a solo trip around China at age seventeen. Although I never had the chance to study anthropology, I've had the chance to meet so many amazing people around the world who have demonstrated their country's values and beliefs so beautifully. "
